Avocado Salad

AVOCADO SALAD.
Avocado salad is a simple, easy, healthy, and delicious choice. Good for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocado
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup of any greens (green lettuce, arugula, spinach)
- 1/4 pound white feta cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 raw carrot
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp of Dipping olive oil for dressing
Directions:
- Cut avocado longwise and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cut all other ingredients and arrange them on a plate.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil.
