Weight starts in your mind, not on your plate. I would like to share an interesting article with you. It was published by Norma Marshall, and appropriately named “Real People Don’t Diet“
“Here is the blatant truth: Real people don’t diet.
Dieting is not normal. It’s not sustainable. It doesn’t work over a lifetime.
In order to lose weight and keep it off, you must stop dieting and change your eating habits.
Although there is no single blueprint for a healthy balanced diet, there are a few basic principles that are likely to be part of most healthy eating plans:
Include foods from all Food Groups. Unless you are a vegetarian or otherwise advised by your doctor, your daily diet should include a variety of foods, ideally from all the main groups of foods, such as meats, dairy, fruits, vegetables, and fats.
A healthy body can lose weight faster than a malnourished body.”

Developing an appropriate Eating Blueprint is a key to success in the weight loss process. Diets don’t work forever. It can certainly help you to fit into an evening dress/ suit, but then what? Interesting, that more and more people admit that, but still are not ready “to change the roots”. Please don’t become one of them.
