Taste of Thoughts® Light Nutty Dough

Taste of Thoughts® LIGHT  NUTTY DOUGH is my multipurpose dough for light cakes, cupcakes, and roulette cakes. Use this recipe for мaking dozens of very simpleyummy, and healthy desserts!

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 oz pure fructose (75 g)
  • 1.5 cup Almond meal

Directions:

  • Separate whites and yolks
  • Using an electric mixer, whisk yolks with 2oz (50g) of fructose until light and fluffy
  • Using an electric mixer, whisk whites with 1oz (25g) of fructose until standing picks
  • Start adding the whites mixture to the yolks mixture gradually, stirring VERY gently, and adding an Almond meal
  • Pour into baking dish 
  • Bake for 16 minutes in preheated oven at 350*F (175*C)

Weight Loss Help

  • The Glycemic Index of Almond meal is low, only 15
  • The Glycemic Index of pure fructose is 20, which is 5 times less than the Glycemic Index of sugar (100)
  • There are NO other carbs in this recipe, and the total Glycemic Index is very low
  • Practically ANY sugar-free frosting can be used along with this kind of carbs
    • 100% fruit jam
    • Whipped cream
    • Sugar-free ice cream
    • Yogurt
    • Melted chocolate with more than 72% cacao content
