ZUCCHINI APPLE MUFFINS with HAZELNUTS

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
1 ¼ oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup chopped hazelnuts
pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
¾ cup grated peeled zucchini
¾ cup grated apples (or apple sauce unsweetened)
2 eggs
½ cup agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients well
Mix all wet ingredients in a different bowl
Add wet mixture into dry, and mix well GENTLY until smoothness
Add whole hazelnut on top (optional)
Bake for 20 minutes in preheated to 350*F oven
