WAFFLES with berries for Mother’s Day with Ella

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup Light buckwheat flour (oat flour will work well too)
1 tbsp fructose
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
1 ¾ cups cream (or milk)
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
For serving:
berries
agave syrup
sour cream (or yogurt)
spray for baking
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients well, and let stand for several minutes to incorporate
Make waffles using any waffle device
Spray the device after every 4
