WAFFLES with berries for Mother’s Day with Ella

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup Light buckwheat flour (oat flour will work well too)
  • 1 tbsp fructose
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups cream (or milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For serving:

  • berries
  • agave syrup
  • sour cream (or yogurt)
  • spray for baking

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients well, and let stand for several minutes to incorporate
  • Make waffles using any waffle device
  • Spray the device after every 4th-5th load
