Peel the pears and cut them into 4 parts longwise
Pour wine, tea, spices, fructose, and the zest from half of the orange into a small pan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat.
Add pears and continue boiling for 10-12 minutes
Transfer pears into individual glass forms
Sift the liquid to remove the boiled spices
Squeeze juice from half of the orange into the warm liquid
Pour the liquid into individual dishes over the pears
