MEATBALLS with ZUCCHINI NOODLES

Ingredients

  • 1pound of ground beef
  • 2 white mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 pound of zucchini/ yellow squash noodles
  • 1 cup of pasta sauce (preferably with basil and garlic)
  • Italian‘21 seasoning’ to taste
  • basil for decorating and highlighting the taste

Instructions

  • Place the ground beef into a salad bowl
  • Grate mushrooms and the onion (or chop in a chopper) and add to the meat
  • Mix everything well until it is homogeneous
  • Make small meatballs, no more than 1 inch in diameter
  • Boil the water, and place the meatballs inside. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
  • Place the pasta sauce in a medium-sized pan, heat it, add the meatballs, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cloсe the top and set aside.
  • Heat another skillet and add the olive oil
  • Add zucchini noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes, then season with 21 seasoning
  • Enjoy the dinner!
