GROUND TURKEY for Small Thanksgiving Party

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion (middle size)
  • 1 big glove of garlic
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • bunch of scallions
  • 2 small kabanos
  • ½ tsp of chili powder
  • ½ cup of dry red wine
  • salt & black pepper
  • 4 tsp. of fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberry
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Cut onion and garlic and start cooking on olive oil in preheated skillet
  • When onions are brownish, add turkey stuffing and cook, breaking with folk, as shown in the video
  • Cut peppers and to the meat, to cover, and continue cooking
  • Meanwhile, cut scullions and kabanos, and add them to the skillet
  • Add red wine and spices, cover, and cook for 4-5 more minutes
  • Distribute between 4 individual bowls
  • Sprinkle with thyme, add cranberries, and bake in a preheated 430*F oven for 10-12 minutes
  • Serve hot
