CHICKEN TENDERS with Sweet Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Chicken tenders
  • 2 eggs
  • Pork Panko for coating

Spices:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • parsley
  • garlic powder

Sauce:

  • ½ cup of apricot Jam 100% fruit
  • 1 tsp Chili garlic sauce
  • ½ tsp Apricot Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into pieces about 1x2 inch
  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs
  • Place Pork Panko into a separate ball
  • Dip each tender into the egg mixture, then transfer into the bowl with Pork Panko to cover completely
  • Repeat for all tenders
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
  • Place coated tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and garlic powder
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) until they are golden brown
  • Mean while, mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan
