CABBAGE with BACON and MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 5-6 slices of Oscar Mayer bacon, finely sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 7-8 white mushrooms, finely sliced
  • ½ of small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the Wok cooking pan on a high heat
  • Add bacon and fry until crispy, mixing periodically
  • Аdd the onion and continue frying until golden
  • Add mushrooms and fry for 3-4 more minutes
  • Add the cabbage, salt, black pepper, and toasted sesame oil and stir fry for a further 3 or 4 minutes on a medium heat until the cabbage is soft
