BURGES vegetarian with CHICKPEAS and PORTOBELLO

Ingredients

  • 2cups of chickpeas soaked overnight. Do not replace with canned chickpeas, the result will not be the same.
  • 1 big Portobello mushroom
  • ΒΌ of red onion
  • 1 big glove of garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp of fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • red paprika
  • cayenne red pepper
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Place chickpeas, Portobello, onion, garlic and parsley in a food processor, and grind for several seconds
  • Open, mix with a spatula, add all spices and grind again until the texture is homogeny
  • Transfer the mixture into a salad bowl
  • Add egg and mix well by hands
  • Cook in a thick skillet as shown in the video
