Mix the eggs with milk, add fructose and salt
Add the flour and knead the dough
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin layer
Using cookie cutters, cut Hanukkah shapes
Heat the oil in a pan
Place shapes in and cook until one size is goldish
Turn around and cook until the other side is goldish, too
Remove on a paper towel
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered fructose and cinnamon if desired
