GUACAMOLE with SPROUTED FLOUR CHIPS

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, ripe
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 middle-size tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 sprouted flour Ezekiel tortillas

Instructions

  • Cut Ezekiel sprouted tortilla into small triangles, place them on a baking sheet covered with a backing paper, and put to preheated to 320*F (150C) oven for 5-6 minutes.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
  • Add the onion, tomatoes, parsley, jalapeno pepper, and garlic. Stir together.
  • Pour in the juice of one lime, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
