Chop or grind chocolate and place it in a bowl.
Bring heavy cream to a simmer in a small saucepan, but do not boil!
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, and let rest for 2 minutes.
Then whisk until smooth
Add orange liquor and salt and whisk again
Pour the chocolate mixture into a 7.5x5.5-inch glass dish, and refrigerate until chilled. Check every 10 minutes to prevent over-chilling.
Using a 1-inch ice cream scoop, scoop balls of the chocolate mixture and roll balls in cocoa powder and other toppings, as shown in the video
