Place the spinach and quinoa in a big salad bowl
Cut grape tomatoes in halves
Slice cucumbers
Cut pepper into thin strips
Add sliced almonds
Make a dressing: mix all listed ingredients, pour over the veggies, and mix gently with a big spoon
Cut tofu into 2-4 slices as desired
Deep in beaten egg, or whole milk (like shown in the video)
Deep in sesame seeds covering from all sides
Fry tofu slices in olive oil until golden-brownish crust
Place tofu on top of the salad
