DARK CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Ingredients

  • 8oz (225g) of dark chocolate 72% - 80% cacao
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp brandy or cognac
  • pinch of chili pepper
  • 1 orange's fresh juice
  • 1orange's grated zest

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate with cream in a double boiler stirring with a wooden spoon
  • When melted, add the rest of the ingredients stirring well, and remove from the heat
  • Pour the mixture into a fondue pot

  • Prunes stuffed with walnuts
  • Apricots stuffed with walnuts
  • Walnuts halves
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh tangerines lobes
  • Apples cut into thin slices
  • Pears cut into thin slices
  • Kiwi
