DARK CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Ingredients
8oz (225g) of dark chocolate 72% - 80% cacao
¾ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp brandy or cognac
pinch of chili pepper
1 orange's fresh juice
1orange's grated zest
Instructions
Melt chocolate with cream in a double boiler stirring with a wooden spoon
When melted, add the rest of the ingredients stirring well, and remove from the heat
Pour the mixture into a fondue pot

Prunes stuffed with walnuts
Apricots stuffed with walnuts
Walnuts halves
Fresh strawberries
Fresh tangerines lobes
Apples cut into thin slices
Pears cut into thin slices
