OLIVIER SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 1 small yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 pickles in sugar-free marinade
  • 1 sweet-sour apple
  • 1 can of sugar-free canned green peas
  • salt, pepper
  • mayonnaise sugar-free and starch-free

Instructions

  • Boil the yellow squash for 3-4 minutes, then cool completely
  • Cut all ingredients into long thin slices
  • Add peas, salt, pepper
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
