Cut white scallions’ ends off and chop them in a chopper
Add chopped scallions to the ground meat, spice with salt, pepper, and paprika
Mix well and make balls
Place them in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes
Cut vegetable into small cubes
Place 6-8 meatballs in each bowl
Add vegetables, pressing them in as shown in the video
Add salt, pepper, and bay leaf
Cook in preheated to 370*F oven for 25-30 minutes
When ready, sprinkle with greens if desired
