Cut the onion into ¼ rings and cook on olive oil until golden
Take of mushroom stems. Cut mushrooms into long thin pieces.
Add mushrooms to cooking onions and mix
Add white wine, salt, pepper
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add sour cream and nutmeg, mix and remove from the heat
Distribute between four individual forms as shown in the video
Sprinkle with thyme (optional)
Cook in a toaster oven at 370*F
Cut cheese into 1/3 inch thick slices
Preheat a skillet on medium heat, sprinkle with olive oil, and fry cheese for about 1 minute on each side
Serve with olives, marinated peppers, or (and) green salad
