PASTA SALAD WITH GREENS

Ingredients

  • 1 box of whole grain tricolor routine pasta
  • 1 bag of fresh arugula
  • ½ pound of sweet marinated peppers
  • 3-4 sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tsp of pomegranate (or another) balsamic vinegar
  • flavored herbs Deeping olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta for about 6 minutes al dente and cool completely
  • Cut peppers and tomatoes
  • Add vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper
