OATMEAL COOKIES FIVE INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of home-made oats flour
  • ½ cup of fructose
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Place 1 cup of regular oats into a coffee grinder or a chopper, and pulse several times to get a coarse flour
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Line a baking sheet with a baking paper
  • Using an ice-cream scoop, place one scoop of the dough for each cookie
  • Keep a 2-inch distance between dough scoops
  • Bake 10-15 minutes in preheated to 370*F oven
