Place 1 cup of regular oats into a coffee grinder or a chopper, and pulse several times to get a coarse flour
Mix all the ingredients
Line a baking sheet with a baking paper
Using an ice-cream scoop, place one scoop of the dough for each cookie
Keep a 2-inch distance between dough scoops
Bake 10-15 minutes in preheated to 370*F oven
