TACO SALAD WRAPS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • ½ of chopped parsley
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of grated Gouda or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Cut white ends of green onion into small rings, cook on olive oil until goldish brown
  • Add meat and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring to break up the meat into small pieces. Add salt, chili powder, and cumin.
  • Set aside draining an extra liquid and fat
  • Arrange layers of lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, meat, parsley, cheese,and sour cream longwise the wrap, and roll it up as shown in the video.
  • Cut with a big cooking knife into 1.5 inch pieces and transfer to the serving plate
