Cut white ends of green onion into small rings, cook on olive oil until goldish brown
Add meat and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring to break up the meat into small pieces. Add salt, chili powder, and cumin.
Set aside draining an extra liquid and fat
Arrange layers of lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, meat, parsley, cheese,and sour cream longwise the wrap, and roll it up as shown in the video.
Cut with a big cooking knife into 1.5 inch pieces and transfer to the serving plate
