ASIAN-STYLE CHICHEN WITH CASHEW

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 bunch of scallions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic from a can
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade sugar-free
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • salt and black pepper
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken on olive oil from one side on high heat until brownish and crispy
  • Meanwhile, cut the scallions
  • Turn the chicken on another side and reduced the heat to medium
  • Add scallions
  • Let it cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Start adding other ingredients one after another, as shown in the video
  • Continue cooking and mixing gently
  • Serve with green leaves mix
