Cut mushrooms in thin slices and cook on olive oil as shown in the video
Trim asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces, add to a skillet with mushrooms,continue cooking
Beat eggs with salt and pepper, add nutmeg
Heat another skillet, add olive oil and pour eggs into the skillet. Cover and lower the heat to a minimum. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Arrange cheese on a plate, remove omelet to the plate, and place mushrooms with asparagus on top.
