STRAWBERRY SALSA WITH SKINNY MARGARITA FOR FATHER'S DAY

Ingredients

For chips:

  • Several Sprouted Grain Tortillas Ezekiel 4:9 ®
  • Cut them into triangles as shown in the video, place them on a baking sheet and keep 25-30 minutes in the oven at 250*F. They should become dry and crispy.

For Strawberry Salsa:

  • 1 tomato
  • 6 big strawberries
  • ¼ red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ¼ chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lime
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • You can prepare and cut the ingredients a couple of hours ahead and keep them in the refrigerator
  • Before serving, add lime juice, olive oil, and mix gently

To calculate the total amount of ingredients to add, multiply the listed amounts per 1 serving by the number of guests:

  • ¾ oz of any Gold Tequila
  • ¾ tsp Agave Syrup
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ¾ lime-flavored Seltzer Water
  • Fresh lime to squeeze and to rim the glasses
