Ingredients
For chips:
Several Sprouted Grain Tortillas Ezekiel 4:9 ®
Cut them into triangles as shown in the video, place them on a baking sheet and keep 25-30 minutes in the oven at 250*F. They should become dry and crispy.
For Strawberry Salsa:
1 tomato
6 big strawberries
¼ red onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ chopped jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp of fresh lime
2 tbsp of olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
You can prepare and cut the ingredients a couple of hours ahead and keep them in the refrigerator
Before serving, add lime juice, olive oil, and mix gently
