SHRIMP OCTOPUS CEVICHE

Ingredients

  • ½  lb cooked shrimp (no tails)
  • ½ lb cooked octopus
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice shrimp and octopus into ¼ inch pieces
  • Finely chop the parsley, cut red onion and tomato intosmall cubes
  • Place everything into a large bowl and combine
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Pour the lime juice and mix gently
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to let the flavors blend
