MANGO SALSA

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • 1/3 cup minced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped avocado
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • ½  tsp salt
  • ½  tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients ecept salt, pepper, and juice
  • Cover and keep in the refrigerate
  • 15-20 minutes before serving add salt, pepper and lime juice, and mix gently.
  • Serve with Ray Chips as shown on the video, or with Green Lentils Chips
