GREEN LENTILS CHIPS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of the flour made of green lentils
  • 1.5 cups water
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Using a coffee grinder, make 2 cups of flour out of dry green lentils
  • Transfer the flour into a salad bowl, add salt
  • Start adding water and mix using a wooden spoon until getting a smooth texture
  • Using Pizzelle Press, make round crackers
  • When cooled, break each into 4-6 triangle chips
