TUNA CAKES

Ingredients

For Cakes:

  • 2 cans tuna in water drained
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • lemon pepper
  • scallions 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
  • mix all together well

For Sauce:

  • I tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped scallions
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp plain yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • lemon pepper

Instructions

  • Mix very well all the ingredients for cakes
  • Place 1.5 cup of Almond flour in a separate small bowl
  • Take 1 full tsp of mixture, and roll in flour forming a small patty
  • Cook on olive oil from both sides as explained in the video
