OPEN PANINI

Ingredients

For four Panini:

  • 2 slices of Ray bread
  • 4 slices of Prosciutto
  • ¼ pound of yellow cheese
  • 4 asparagus
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • оlive oil
  • dry Thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450*F
  • Cut bread slices into half and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper
  • Chop the garlic and mix with 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Brush bread with the oil-garlic mixture
  • Grate cheese
  • Distribute 2/3 of cheese between brushed bread slices
  • Place prosciutto on top
  • Distribute the rest of the cheese on Prosciutto
  • Place asparagus on top, pressing it into cheese
  • Sprinkle with dry thyme
  • Place in preheated oven for 5 minutes
