TRICOLOR PASTA SALAD WITH MARINATED VEGGIES

Ingredients
1/2 pound of tricolor whole wheat routines
1 can of chickpeas
1 can white beans
1 can red beans
1 cup of assorted marinated peppers
Several black olives (optional)
salt, black pepper
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar (pomegranate or another)
olive oil
Instructions
Cook routine al dente, 6-7 minutes. Do not overcook! Let it coolcompletely.
Cut marinated veggies
Mix everything in a salad bowl
Add salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil
