NUTRITIONAL SALAD WITH SMOKED TROUT

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cleaned from bones hot smoked trout
  • 1 bag (about 4 cups) of mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 celery sticks
  • ½ of sweet onion
  • 1 can of drained Chickpeas
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half
  • Cut celery into thin slices
  • Cut onion into thin rings
  • Add lemon juice and olive oil
  • Gently mix all ingredients as shown in the video
