NUTRITIONAL SALAD WITH SMOKED TROUT

Ingredients
2 cups of cleaned from bones hot smoked trout
1 bag (about 4 cups) of mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes
3 celery sticks
½ of sweet onion
1 can of drained Chickpeas
juice from 1/2 lemon
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions
Cut cherry tomatoes in half
Cut celery into thin slices
Cut onion into thin rings
Add lemon juice and olive oil
Gently mix all ingredients as shown in the video
