Preheat oven to 350°and line 12 muffins tin with liners
Mix all dry ingredients in a salad bowl
Using an electric mixer, start mixing wet ingredients, adding one afteranother, and continuing mixing
In the end, add the coffee
Start adding dry ingredients in three parts, continuing mixing with an electric mixer
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter
Bake 18-20 minutes until slightly a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
Let cool completely
Decorate with frosting and raspberries
