ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIE

Ingredients

  • 8 grams 3 oz   72-85% cocoa chocolate
  • 1½ sticks (3/4 cup, 170 g) of butter
  • 1/3 cup pure crystalline fructose
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175*C)
  • Line an 8×10-inch baking pan with parchment
  • Start melting chocolate in a double boiler on medium heat, add butter. Stir actively until smooth and fully melted
  • Whiskin fructose, then eggs, one at a time, salt, and almond flour
  • Pour batter into prepared pan, spread until even
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes dry
  • Let cool and cut into squares

Notes

You can add small pieces of nuts or dry fruits on top before baking.
