ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIE

Ingredients
8 grams 3 oz 72-85% cocoa chocolate
1½ sticks (3/4 cup, 170 g) of butter
1/3 cup pure crystalline fructose
3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup almond flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175*C)
Line an 8×10-inch baking pan with parchment
Start melting chocolate in a double boiler on medium heat, add butter. Stir actively until smooth and fully melted
Whiskin fructose, then eggs, one at a time, salt, and almond flour
Pour batter into prepared pan, spread until even
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes dry
Let cool and cut into squares
Notes
You can add small pieces of nuts or dry fruits on top before baking.
