AIR FRYER CRISPY CAULIFLOWER

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower into florets
  • Toss with olive oil
  • Lay in a single layer in the basket or tray of your air fryer
  • Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and thyme
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until fork-tender andslightly browned

Notes

You can use frozen cauliflower too. Take is out of the freezer upfront, drain, and dry with a paper towel before cooking
Use other favorite toppings for this cauliflower recipe. It can be a lemon drizzle, freshly chopped greens, crumbled feta, parmesan, sliced almonds or pine nuts.
