FARMER CHEESE PATTIES
Ingredients
½ pound of fat-free farmer cheese
2 tbsp 0% plain yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp fructose
pinch of salt
¼ tsp of baking soda
¾ cup Almond flour
oatmeal flour for coating
olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Place all ingredients except flour in a salad bowl and mix well
Add Almond flour and mix well again
Pile oatmeal flour on a cutting board
Place about 1 tbsp of farmer cheese mixture into the pile
Create a ball and form a pattie rolling it in oatmeal flour
Makes about 12-14 patties
Place on a preheated skillet with olive oil and reduce the heat tomedium
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until goldish brown
Turn them and cook for 4-5 more minutes on low heat
Notes
Farmer cheese patties are great for breakfast. Consume them plain or with 0% yogurt, fresh berries, or (and) 100% fruit jam.
