CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1 can of green peas (no sugar added!)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise (sugar-free)
