SWEET CASSEROLE WITH BLUEBERRIES

Ingredients

  • ½ pound farmers cheese
  • ½ pound mascarpone cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup or nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp almond flower
  • 1 small box of blueberries

Instructions

  • Using electric mixer mix everything except of flour really well
  • Add almond flour and mix again until the batter is fluffy and smooth
  • Grease Pyrex form with oil and sprinkle with almond flour
  • Pour the mixture in and cover with blueberries
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350*F (175*C)

Notes

Adjust the amount of agave syrup according to your taste. To my taste, 2 tbsp of agave make it too sweet.
