SWEET CASSEROLE WITH BLUEBERRIES
Ingredients
½ pound farmers cheese
½ pound mascarpone cheese
3 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
1-2 tbsp agave syrup or nectar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp almond flower
1 small box of blueberries
Instructions
Using electric mixer mix everything except of flour really well
Add almond flour and mix again until the batter is fluffy and smooth
Grease Pyrex form with oil and sprinkle with almond flour
Pour the mixture in and cover with blueberries
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350*F (175*C)
Notes
Adjust the amount of agave syrup according to your taste. To my taste, 2 tbsp of agave make it too sweet.
