CHERRY CAKE
Ingredients
1 stick of butter softened
½ cup crystalline fructose
½lemon zest
3 eggs
½ cut oatmeal flour
½ cup almond flour
1tsp baking soda
Instructions
Using an electric mixer, beat butter withfructose for 2-3 minutes
While continuing beating, add eggs, zest, soda,and flours gradually
Transfer the mixture to a greased Pyrex form
Place the seedless cherry on top
Bake in a preheated to 350*F (175*C) 15-18minutes
Let it cool
Cut into squares
