Cocoa Nutty Sweets

Ingredients
1 stick melted margarine (or 8 tbsp coconut oil)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
4 tbsp baking cocoa
1/2 cup agave syrup
3.5 cup almond meal
Unsweetened coconut flakes for coating (about 2 cups)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Let it set for 10-15 minutes at room temperature
Form balls and roll them in unsweetened coconut flakes
Keep refrigerated for at least 1 hour, or overnight
Notes
Low GI/ Sugar-free/ Gluten-free dessert!
GI of pure cocoa and of Agave syrup is low, only 20
GI of Almond meal is only 15
