Cocoa Nutty Sweets

Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted margarine (or 8 tbsp coconut oil)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 3.5 cup almond meal
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes for coating (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Let it set for 10-15 minutes at room temperature
  • Form balls and roll them in unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Keep refrigerated for at least 1 hour, or overnight

Notes

Low GI/ Sugar-free/ Gluten-free dessert!
GI of pure cocoa and of Agave syrup is low, only 20
GI of Almond meal is only 15
