CAROB BROWNIES

Keyword Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Fat-free, Low GI, light easy healthy dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal flour
  • 1/2 cup pure crystalline fructose
  • 6 tbs Carob Powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp backing powder
  • Pinch of salt

Optional

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients using an electric mixer
  • Sprinkle a greased baking form with coconut flakes
  • Pour the batter
  • Sprinkle the rest of the coconut flakes over the batter
  • Bake at 390*F for 16-18 minutes
  • Let cool completely
  • Cut into squares
