OATMEAL and FLAX-MEAL WAFFLES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal flour
  • 1/2 cup flax meal flour
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • 1-2 packs of any sugar substitute
  • 2 tbs walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Let stand in a warm place for 15 minutes
  • Sprinkle a waffle toaster with a cooking oil spray
  • Cook until ready. Cook longer if you want them crispy.
