OATMEAL and FLAX-MEAL WAFFLES

Ingredients
1 cup of water
1/2 cup oatmeal flour
1/2 cup flax meal flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking powder
1-2 packs of any sugar substitute
2 tbs walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients
Let stand in a warm place for 15 minutes
Sprinkle a waffle toaster with a cooking oil spray
Cook until ready. Cook longer if you want them crispy.
