Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 2 big onions
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 bunches of scallions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 package of Smoked sausages
  • 1 can (6oz.) of tomato paste
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) of sliced ripe olives
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking

Directions:

  • Cut onions and cook them with olive oil until golden brown.
  • Add meat and cook for 5 minutes stirring with a wooden spatula.
  • Meanwhile, cut all other ingredients and add them in sequence to a pan, while continuing stirring and cooking.
