Eggs are incredibly nutritious, actually one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are high in quality protein and contain ALL the essential amino acids, required for turning a single cell into a baby chicken. Eggs meals are highly fulfilling, which helps to lose and then keep a healthy weight. Combinations of eggs with fish, meat or vegetables are all good for stuffing.
- 6 yolks
- 1 small can of tuna in water
- Chopped scallions
- Mayonnaise (sugar-free)
- Salt and pepper
To make another stuffing, choose from the following:
- Caramelized onions with mushrooms
- Grated horseradish cheese with mayo
- Cream cheese with smoked salmon
